We have been working in the IT sector since 2009. In 2016, we decided to establish our own IT recruitment agency connecting programmers with clients. Our goal was to create a model that optimises the recruitment process, reduces costs, is flexible and — importantly to us — is based on building long-term relationships with clients and developers.
